One of my favourite products from the Holiday Catalogue is the new yummy Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper! I love all the gorgeous patterns in it and the beautiful fall colours. Did you know that this paper was hand drawn and painted by one of the Concept Artisans! Oh what a fun job that would be..to play with new product all day..oh it's on my bucket list!!!

Oh course this time of year has me thinking of Pumpkins!! I love fall yummy pumpkin desserts and can't get enough of them. I'm not a huge fan of latte's or coffee but I can't resist playing with the Merry Cafe stamp set and coordinating Coffee Cups Framelits dies!! I have to admit, it's my number ONE favourite bundle and I can't stop playing with it!! Maybe I'm drawn to it because Corrie was a HUGE coffee lover!! He sure did LOVE his coffee in the morning and at night!!!

I have included a list of the supplies that I used on my project at the bottom of this post incase you want to recreate it!! My project today was inspired by one of samples that I saw in the Holiday catalogue on page 46. I love that you can use these projects as a starting point for your own project!!

Thanks for taking part in our blog hop, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don't want to miss. Remember that currently you are at my blog - Anne Granger, so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next in the list.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your blog hopping around the world!!!!

I had to hold off sharing my final card as I was waiting to make sure everyone that participated in the swap that I was in had received their packages in the mail as I didn't want to spoil the fun for them on social media.

Tuesday Tips- Sponges

Hello

I had a few people ask me what happen to my Tuesday Tips, and I'm excited to be offering them again!! Moving forward my goal is to do them twice a month. I'm excited to be offering these again for you!!!

My tip this time is all about sponges!! I sometimes feel these are over looked in the catalogue as many don't know what do with them. I love my sponges and used them all the time. They are great for distressing card stock, creating background with them and adding a little colour to a project when you need.

Collage

But one thing we struggle with is how to store these sponges!!! This is my way of storing them plus it helps me keep track of what colours I have!!

Tips:

  • Cut sponges into equal pieces, help gives you more to use
  • The Circle Tab Punch is the perfect way to label your sponges. Plus it's a great way to tell what the colours are, trust me once you used them they all look the same!
  • Fold the Circle Tab punch piece over the Sponge and hold in place with a staple
  • A container with multiple spots is a great way to store them!!

Hope this tip was helpful and let me know if you give it a try or if you store your sponges a different way. We always can use new way to organize our supplies in our rooms.

Tranquil Tulips Hostess Card

Hello,

Happy Monday! Sorry for being MIA the last few days, it's been a busy few days as we try to get Emily ready to head back to University . We only have a few more days and then she head back. I'm not sure my heart is ready for this but I know she is. She is so excited to head back to see her friends, and to her program. I'm excited to watch her grow and see where her career path takes her. I will keep you posted as to how it goes!!

My card today is one that we made in July at my Demonstrator Slizzin Event with my team. I had 7 wonderful ladies qualified for the day and I loved spoiling them with lunch, prizes, and goody bags. During the afternoon event, we made 7 projects for them to take back their business to share with their customers.

One of the things I wanted to showcase was the fabulous Hostess stamp sets that we have this year. This year's hostess set are gorgeous!!!
