Having way to much fun...

One of the great things about being a demonstrator is having the opportunity to network with other Stampin' Up! Demonstrators. It was so amazing to see the talent in one room, 120 to be exact!! I had so much fun participating in a 3-D swap, sharing ideas, swapping card fronts and having the chance to met 2 incredible Top-Demonstrators Karen and Dawn from the USA. These ladies were amazing and the best part they shared their success stories with us.

I feel so honour to be apart of this group and Stampin' Up!! I love being a demonstrator. I love teaching others the love of stamping and watching their faces light up when they create those handmade cards or complete a layout.

If this sounds like fun to you and you want to learn more about the opportunities of being a demonstrator, how it works, the discounts, what's in the starter kit or any other question you might have, please email me at ca.granger@sympatico.ca. If you sign up as a demonstrator with me, I will have a special bonus for you!! You won't regret this incredible journey!!

Here is a picture of Karen Gregorian and Dawn Rapas together at Spring Fling!!

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!

Yesterday, I was very lucky to attend Alicia Rcykman's Quarterly Meeting. This event yesterday was an extra special day. Alicia invited 2 of the top Demonstrator's from the USA to come speak with us. We had the chance to listen to Karen Gregorian and Dawn Rapas. Wow, is all I can say, !! There was 120 amazing demonstrator's in the room and we had the chance to meet, share stories, swap cards and listen to these 2 amazing demonstrator's speak to us. We laughed so much during the day and it was great to know that Karen and Dawn are just like us, demonstrator's building a business and dealing with everyday family situations. I know for myself, I learned some new things that I'm going to try in next few months. I also saw some really cool projects during Demonstrator theatre that I'm going to try and share with you!!

Shhhh, My Card Swap for Spring Fing!!

Dscn3382  Shhhhh, don't tell anyone!! Here is a sneak peek of my card swap. At the last minute, I decided to take part in this swap. It's convention style swapping!! So we only had to make card fronts. So this means you can make how many you wanted and exchange with different demonstrators. I'm excited to see what I will get in return!!

You could make as many cards as you wanted and they can be different. I decided to make 40 of them.

I know this looks the same as yesterday's card post, but they are different. I stamped the flower image in the versamark in the background on the Soft-Sky card stock.

Have a great night!!

Enjoy the Little Things

Whew, what a relief!! I have finished all my swaps for the Spring Fling. Man, that's alot of work!! I feel like I can relax and breathe now. This is my first time joining swaps like this and I'm really looking forward to the day!!

I had a chance last night to create with some of my new stamp sets. I just got this stamp set and I really like it. It works great for cards and for scrapbooking. Hence the title, enjoy the little things. In all the hustle and bustle of life, we must remember to stop and enjoy the little things that matter the most. Maybe it's talking with a friend, have a cup of coffee, or just relaxing with a good book or magazine. Whatever it maybe, I hope you take the time to enjoy the precious moments.

Dscn3385 This was a colour combo that I wouldn't have put together until my friend Heather told me about it. As we were talking about the new Afternoon Tea Designer Series Paper and the new In-colours, she said she loves these colours together. Well, I had to try for myself and guess what?? I love it!! I can see more cards and pages done in this colour combo!! Thanks Heather!!

Recipe: Soft Sky, Groovy Guava and Chocolate Chip card stock, versamark pad, My Way punch, Enjoy Every Minute stamp set, Chocolate Chip Poly-Twill Ribbon, Chocolate Chip and Groovy Guava ink, Paper Piercing template and Paper Piercing tool.
