Hello my friends,

It's been a busy day around here. Both girls had friends over to play this afternoon and I have been busy working in my scrap room.

This cute baby card  is made with the Scallop Die and the Big Shot machine. You use the large oval punch to punch out half of a shape for the center. 

 

Recipe: Certainly Celery ribbon and card stock, Jumbo Eyelets, Crop-o-dile, Wild about You stamp set, More Mustard and Chocolate Chip markers.

Flower Burst Embosslit Die Thank You card

Hello my friends,

I hope you are having a great day so far. I have been busy in my stamp studio reorganizing all my stuff. What a chore that is!! I'm making head way but still have lots to do.  If you have any suggestions on how to organize your paper scraps, please let me know. Right now they are over flowing from my basket.

I just love my Big Shot machine!! I use it all the time. I wanted to share with you another project that we made the other night at my Big Shot club.  I like to show them all the different sizes of dies that we carry and what you can do with them!!

This card was made using the Flower Burst Embosslit die and the Bird with Leave die.

Recipe:Regal Rose, Old Olive and Whisper White card stock, Flower Burst Embosslit die, Regal Rose ink, Sponge Dauber, Short and Sweet stamp set, Big Shot machine and Top Note Die.

Roarrrrrr...meet my Lion Punch Creation!!!!

Happy Friday!!

Yahoo... it's the weekend!! The sun is shining and it's going to be a nice one. I'm so looking forward to hanging at home and I can't wait for the Stanley Cup Series to start tomorrow night!! Go Wings Go!!!

Punches... are so hot these days!! I'm sure if you blog hop, you have seen many different creations made using our punches.  These punch creations are so easy and so fun to make. They are addicting and the possibilities are endless!!

Roarrrrrr...meet my friendly Lion. As you can see, they are very easy to make when you have a reference sheet to refer to.

Butterfly in the Breeze

Hello my friends,

We are almost there...one more day till the weekend!!! I can't wait!!! It has a been a long week and I'm looking forward to the weekend!!!

I'm also looking forward to seeing all the ladies in my Big Shot club tonight.  Tonight, they will be making 3 different cards using a variety of Big Shot dies.

I love how this card turned out. It used the Inspired by Nature stamp set, the Butterfly die and the Texturz plates.  I created the bullrush ( I think that is what they are called) with the slot punch. The greeting is from the On your Birthday stamp set. I hope you like it also!!!

 

Recipe:Kiwi Kiss, Whisper White and Pink Pirouette card stock, Slot Punch, Kiwi Kiss ribbon, Butterfly Die, Big Shot machine, Texturz plates, Inspired by Nature stamp set, Kiwi Kiss and Regal Rose ink, and On your Birthday stamp set.

S'mores to go Kit

Happy Wednesday!!

I finally finished the project that I was working on last night. I have to tell you that I first saw this super cute project on  Ustamp and it was created by Heather Summers. This project is a great gift to give to friends, take with you to a campfire or a loot bag for a birthday party.

Who doesn't love some yummy s'mores??

     

Inside the kit to go is the following... a cute card that you can use as a birthday or thank-you , a bag of Marshmellows, a bag of Chocolate Chip and a bag of Graham Crackers, skewers and a Handy Dandy Recipe to use.

Taylored Expressions #69

Hello my friends,

Last night, I had a chance to play along with Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge #69. This was a fun sketch to work on. 

I decided to look through my stamp sets and find a stamp set that I have not used in awhile.  I decided to use Upsy Daisy as this is a great set for any occasion. I just love the silhouette of flowers.

 

Recipe: Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, and Tangerine Tango, Upsy Daisy, Scallop Border Punch, and Tangerine Tango ink.

I will be sad to see this year's In-colours retire at the end of June, but I have to say that I have not really used Tangerine Tango alot. It's one of those colours that you either like or don't!!!

Tomorrow I will be showing you my super cute project that I have been working on. Can't wait to show you as it's a great idea for this time of year.

S'more anyone???

Happy Monday my friends,

I'm working on a super cute project that I hope to show you in the next few days. This project was design by my friend Heather Summers for Ustamp. Ustamp is a great online class that features over 20 projects. As soon as I saw this cute project, I just knew that I had to make one. 

Here is a card that I made using the super cute stamp set Under the Star's.  If this stamp set doesn't make the Last Chance list (new name for the Retired list), then I will be order this set for sure.  Right now, I'm just borrowing my friends. Thanks Katie!!

This card was designed by Heather and I just changed the colour scheme. GRRREAT....Mr. Grizzle is going to steal my yummy S'mores!!!

 

Recipe: Under the Stars stamp set, Chocolate Chip and Creamy Caramel card stock and ink, Key Tag Punch, 1 3/8 square punch, and 1 1/4 square punch.

Sweet Girls!!!

Hello,

I hope you had a great weekend. It was so sunny and warm here. We spent most of the afternoon outside working in the gardens and spreading dirt onto the grass.

I want to share with you the last layout that my Scrapper's 6 club did last week. I just love these pictures of the girls. They were outside one afternoon taking shots of each other. I just had to scrapbook them!!

Mojo Monday #87

Good Morning my friends,

Last night, I had a chance to work on Mojo Monday's sketch for the week. This sure was a fun one!! I have looked at this stamp set many times in the catalogue as I think it's so cute, but have never purchased it. I borrowed Under the Stars from my friend, so that I can make some cards with it. I might have to get this one if it's not on the Last Chance List. What is the Last Chance list....it's the new name for the Retiring List of stamp sets. This list along with the retiring accessories list will be out on June 1. Only 10 more days to go....to see what products are on list!!! Once they are gone, they are gone for good!!!

The circles were cut using the new Circle Scissor's Plus cutter. This is a must have tool, as it's makes cutting circles so easy!!!

 

Recipe:Whisper White, Old Olive and Chocolate Chip card stock, Watercolour Crayons, Blender Pen, Good Morning Sunshine D.S.P, and the Circle Scissors Plus tool.
