Loads of Fun

Good Afternoon,

I hope you are having a great weekend so far!! Last night, I spend the evening with a group of lovely ladies. We had so much fun at my Manly Class.

They made 10 cards using a variety of stamp sets. These classes are always fun as you get to try out new stamp sets and learn some techniques along the way!!!

I wanted to show off this great new Stamp Set called Loads of Fun. This stamp set coordinates with the Load of Love set but it also makes great cards on it's own.

On this card, we stamped the ATV stamp in Staz-on ink onto Whisper White card stock and then coloured it in with Watercolour crayons and a blender pen. The Designer Series Paper is from The Write Stuff...this is a great package of D.S.P!!!

Dasher -- Christmas Week # 7

I have to say that this Under $12 stamp set is my favourite, as there is so much that you can do with it. Who can resist this cute little Dasher stamp??

Wait till you see the new Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer Series Paper in the Holiday Mini. It's gorgeous and 2 sheets are flocked. Yes adds instant dimension and elegance to your paper. I also like that it has touch of metallic in it.

I think this is my favourite pattern in the paper pack. It's just gorgeous!!! It goes great with Soft Suede card stock!!! The greeting is from Christmas Greeting and I just love the font.

Tractor Card

I hope you are having a great day. I wanted to share with you this super cute card that I made the other night at the Shoebox swap. It's a tractor made from punches. Is it not the cutest card ever???

I'm off to work in my studio.....

Have a great day,

Shoebox Swaps

Last Friday night, I spend the evening with 14 lovely demonstrator's at the Razzle Dazzle Shoe box swap.  The idea of a shoebox swap is that everyone goes around to different stations making a variety of cards. This was my first time participating in this event and it was so much fun!! It was a fun evening full of laughs and giggles!!!!

Here are some of the swaps that I made.

This card was design by Maureen. Her inspiration came from Kimberly Van Diepen.

This was designed by Anne P. Very clever as she had us use a oval template to sponge around the reindeer!!! How fun is that???

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

Build a Bear Chocolate Holders

It's been a busy morning here already. We were up bright and early to take both of my girls to hockey camp. We had to be there for 7:30, they were so excited that they were up at 4:00 am. Boy will they be tired tonight. Then I came home to clean the house!!!

I want to share with you the other project that I demonstrated on Saturday during the Demonstrator Theatre at the Razzle Dazzle Event.  I have to say that this is one of my favourite new product line in the Holiday Mini.....the new Build a Bear line. Wait till you see these super cute stamp sets, paper and dies.

This would make a great favour for a kid's birthday party!!

Inside this cute holder is of course a chocolate bar!!

I also showed them a super cute girl chocolate bar holder.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

Sweet Centers --Halloween Lollipop

Good Morning,

I had so much fun yesterday at the Razzle Dazzle event.  It was so nice to see so many lovely ladies in one spot sharing the same passion----stamping!!

I was part of the Razzle Dazzle Committee that helped organized the event. My job was to organize the Demonstrator Theatres.  I have to say that this is one of my favourite parts about the meetings.  You just learn so much from these lovely ladies.

Demonstrator Theatre is where we have a set number of Demonstrators showcasing a variety of products, and techniques.  We had 14 tables showing off Shimmery Paint, Quilting with the Big Shot, Build a Bear, Sweet Treat Cups, Zindorf Brayer Technique, Circle Cutter Plus, Mini Wallet Albums, Fancy Favour Box die, Stencils, Movers and Shapers Dies, Chalking, the Makes and Takes for the day, and a Scrapbook Basket and cards.

In the morning, I demonstrated the new Sweet Treats cups that will be in the Holiday Mini.  I had a number of samples on display and I showed them how to make a  super cute Halloween Lollipop.  I wish I had taken a picture of my display table to show you.

Recipe: Old Olive, Black, Eggplant and Whisper White, Sweet Centers stamp set, Sweet Treat Cups, Old Olive Ribbon, Cookie Pops and Jelly Beans (from Bulk Barn), Modern Label Punch, Teeny Tiny Wishes, Eggplant ink, and the 1 3/4" Circle Punch.

Tomorrow I will show you my afternoon Demo Table which is a super cute project using the new Build a Bear products.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day,

Razzle Dazzle Display Boards

Hello my friends,

Wow, did I have fun today at the Razzle Dazzle Extravaganza Stamping Event!!! This stamping event was put on by Alicia Ryckman. There was so much inspiration in one room that you just want to burst with excitement.  My poor camera, it was on over load as I took a million and one pictures of display boards, friends, demo tables, cards, technique idea's and scrapbook pages!!! I will be sharing some of those with you over the next few days.

It was very exciting and inspiring to listen to Ronda Wade speak about recruiting, how to host workshops, finding customers and just how to run a well rounded Stampin' Up! business. I can't wait to try out some of these create idea's and tips in my business.

One of the things that I have been working on this week is my display board.  I wanted to showcase a variety of new stamps set on one side and upcoming holidays on the other.  So I manage to fit 48 new and inspiring cards to show to my fellow demonstrators and customers (as I will now display this in my studio now).

Note to add: I just noticed that this picture is blurry. So I will retake the picture in the morning...time to invest in a new camera or maybe it was the person taking the picture! LOLOL

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that stop by to say hello to me during the Demonstrator Theatre and during the day.  I have to say this is one of my favourite things about being a Demonstrator...all the wonderful friends that you meet along the way.  Thank You!!

Enjoy the rest of your evening and I will be back tomorrow with the projects that I demo during Demonstrator Theatre.
