Scallop Easel Card

Happy Monday!

I'm excited to say that we won the gold medal!! It was a very close game with a score of 2 to 1. The girls were so excited as this was their first gold medal. I can't wait to share my page with you later this week. By the time we got home last night...I was exhausted!!

I wanted to share another card that I made with my friend Heather! I'm loving the fancy folds these days. I can't wait to make some more of these. This one is a Scallop Easel Card. I love how we create layers by using a variety of images from the same stamp set.

Recipe: Not Quite Navy, Very Vanilla and Tangerine Tango card stock, Scallop Circle Die, Big Shot Machine, Word Window Punch, Wide Oval punch, Tangerine Tango DSP, Extreme Elements stamp set, Skateboard stamp, Level 2 Something to Celebrate stamp set, Not Quite Navy, Early Espresso and Tangerine Tango ink.

Chocolate Anyone???

Now, we are heading to the finals this afternoon!! Wish us luck. I'm hoping to have pictures to show you later!!

As soon as I saw this card at Heather's downline meeting, I knew that I had to make one. One of the girls on her team made it. It's so cute...makes me want to have a chocolate bar! I don't know about you, but I have to have chocolate everyday!! It's my downfall!!!!

Best Friends MDS

It's Tuesday which means there should be new downloads released today from Stampin' Up!! I can't tell you enough how much I love My Digital Studio!! I love that I can design a page in matter of minutes, but at the same time I can delete it if I don't like it.

When I first started out with this page, I was going to use it for something different. But half through it, I decide that I didn't like that page and with a few clicks I change it to this!! Gotta love that!!

The girls had a great time building a snow fort on one of our Snow Days!!

Yesterday, I had so much fun stamping the afternoon way in my studio!! I was able to finish a project that I was working on plus I had a chance to play along with Stamping 411 sketch!!

I really like this week's sketch and I know that I will use it again in future projects! Remember just because it's a card sketch, doesn't mean that you can't use it in your scrapbooks!! That is the one thing about sketches...there are so many possibilities!!

I used one of my favourite birthday sets...Party this way!!! Plus I used my favourite DSP called "Celebrations". I stayed with the colours that coordinate with the Designer Series Paper!!
