MDS Page- Detroit Airport

Happy Monday!!

Boy, were we feeling the time change this morning!! We didn't want to get up but we had to as it's back to work and school for everyone!!!

I had a chance last night to start working on my album for Alaska. I decided to make an 8 1/2 by 11 this time as I really like the simplicity of it!! Plus I was inspired by my fellow demonstrator's on cruise. We actually had a morning where we MDS together. Since, I don't have a laptop, I went to watch and learn from others. I have to tell you that I learned some really cool tricks and I can't wait to share them with you!! One of them was how to use the Spiral punch on a page.

I'm not sure if I told you or not, but this was the first time my girls have flown in an airplane. They were so excited as we sat waiting to board the plane in Detroit.

Alaska Cruise-001

Don't forget you only have 2 more days to take advantage of the National Scrapbook Promotion. You can get 30% off selected stamp sets and off My Digital Products!! Email me if you have any questions!!

Have a great day!

Catch up day

Thought I would check in to let you know that it's a catch up day around here. I have been knee deep in laundry and trying to catch up with my emails. Also have to take Emily to the walk in as she was not feeling well. She was up most of the night with a fever and it ended up she has a double ear and throat infection. Poor girl. So we had lots of cuddle time today!!

I will be back tomorrow with a MDS page for you!!

Back from Stampin' Up! Cruise to Alaska!!!

We are home from our week long Stampin' Up! Cruise to Alaska!! I can't thank you enough as this was the trip of a lifetime!! Last year, I earned the Incentive Trip from Stampin' Up and last week it finally arrived!! There is nothing better then travelling Stampin' Up style!! There was lots of pampering going on from amazing pillow gifts each night, fun little treats, sneak peeks and so much more. I can't wait to share those all with you soon!!!

I thought I would share some photo's with you of our first day in Seattle on the Cruise Ship!!

We are leaving port in Seattle. That is the Space Needle behind us!!

Here is a picture of our Cruise Ship from our hotel window!! This is what we saw when Emily open the curtains. The girls were so excited.

I will be sharing more photo's and samples with you in the next week. Somethings I can't show till after June 1st!! Trust me you are going to love them!!

I would like to take this time to thank my customers, my hostesses, my club members and my Stamp2Cre 8 team. Without you..I could not have taking a trip like this with my family!! I appreciate each and every one of you!!

From the bottom of my heart....THANK YOU!!!!!!

Have a Seat

One of coworkers is retiring at the end of the school year. I thought it would be fun to make her a care package with a bunch of cards in it. My plan is to include a variety of cards for her so that she can hand them out to family and friends.

I thought this would be a great card to give with the gift. I think the bench represent that we need to slow down and enjoy the little things in life!! Now I have heard that you are more busy once you retire!!

Recipe: Soft Suede, Baja Breeze and Very Vanilla card stock, Modern Label Punch, Have a Seat stamp set, Woodgrain stamp, and Elegant Soriee DSP.

Springtime Vintage Fabric Bag

I'm so excited to share my project with you today!! I wish that I could take credit for making it but I can't because I don't have a sewing machine. My sweet friend Wanda surprised me with this bag. I was so flippin excited because I have wanted one of these bags for along time. Thanks Wanda for making my day!!!!

She used the Springtime Vintage Fabric to make the squares. She cut the fabric with the scallop square die and the Big Shot machine. Did you know that the Big Shot will cut through 50 different types of material?? How fun is that !!!

Recipe: Scallop Square Die, Big Shot machine, Springtime Fabric, and Springtime Buttons.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!!

Hello Stampers!!

I don't know about you but I find watercolouring to be so relaxing. Now I'm not a pro like some of my other demonstrator friends, but I do know that practice makes perfect. So when I'm in the mood to colour, I will colour up a few images and use them later on a card!

I finally had a chance to colour the bird bath from the Touch of Kindness stamp set. This set is so cute..great watercolouring set!!
