Happy Halloween!!

Wow, I can't believe that tonight is Halloween! The girls are so excited and they can't wait to go trick or treating with their friends!! I will be sharing pictures with you this week!!

We had a fabulous family day yesterday. It was a beautiful day, so we went for a walk around the Mill Pond so that I could capture some pictures for our Christmas Cards. Then we came home and carved up our pumpkins! The girls did a super job on them and I can't wait to share them with you!!

I was looking through the Oct Issue of Creating Keepsake when I saw this fun sketch.I have to say that I love how this page turned out!! Some of our favourite fall things!!

As a family we love the Autumn Season, and all the fun things that you can do!! One of them is going for a hike around the MIll Pond. The girls had fun feeding the ducks, rustling their feet through the leaves and most of all spending time together as a family!!

Stitched Stocking Mini Cards

Once again, I went with the coordinating colours in my Christmas Lane Simply Scrappin Kit: Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, and Lucky Limeade.

Of course, I had to use the Snow Burst Impression Folder on my cards. These folders are a must have in your craft room!! They add that little extra detail!!

Stitched Stocking Tags

Thanks for all the sweet comments on my Christmas Kraft Box yesterday. I'm excited to share the projects that were inside today!!

Now this is only half of the projects, and I will share the rest tomorrow. We had fun making 3 tags using the new Stitched Stocking stamp set and Stocking punch. I coordinated my tags with the colours that were in the Simply Scrappin Christmas Lane Kit.

I can't wait to put these fun tags on my gifts this year!!!

Christmas Kraft Box

I had so much fun this past week with my club ladies!! I thought I would change it up a bit for them and planned this fun project. This project was all about the Holiday MIni as most of the products that we used were from there!

I just love the new Kraft boxes and thought it would be fun to decorate them! We used the new Simply Scrappin Kit to decorate our boxes.

Crayon Rubbed Embossed Technique

I hope you had a great weekend! Our was busy with hockey and we did manage to have some down time!!LOL

I wanted to share the other technique that we did this month at club. This month we look at different ways to use Crayon Resist. This was one that I saw on Splitcoaststampsers. You can view all the instructions here.

Recipe: Black and Whisper White card stock, Spider Web Impression Folder, Big Shot, Eyelet Border Punch, Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8" and 1 1/4" Circle Punches, White Crayon, Wicked Cool Stamp set, and Spooky Bingo Bits stamp set, Brayer, Black and Pumpkin Pie ink and Scaredy Cat stamp set.

The ladies love this technique! Its a great way to use the Brayer!!

Owl Witch Milk Carton

Happy Sunday!

Sorry about yesterday it got away from me. I was planning on posting after my class, but we were running late and then we had to go to hockey!

Finally the sun is shining and I was able to take some pictures!!

I'm so proud of Emily for making this super cute project today! She is not one to craft all the time but when she does, I love spending time with her.

The other day while I was working on some projects she created this fun Milk Carton for Halloween!! She loves the Owl Punch and was exciting to make this!! She is planning on making these for her friends for as a treat for Halloween!
