Well, I made the same card but changed it to a Christmas one! I used the pattern paper from the Christmas Lane Scrappin Kit, and the greeting is from the Delightful Dozen!
Recipe: Lucky Limeade, and Early Espresso card stock, Christmas Lane Scrappin Kit DSP, Lucky Limeade DSP, Delightful Dozen, 1 3/8" and 1 1/4" Square Punch, Doily Punch, Scallop Dotted Ribbon in Cherry and Chocolate Chip, and Rhinestones.
