Single Stamps-Christmas Star

Happy Friday!!

What a busy crazy week we just had! From classes, hockey, work and school we are all looking forward to the weekend. It will be a fun one as we will be working in the basement. Yes, the drywall and sanding is all done and now we start the clean up process. And what a mess it is! I thought I would share a photo of what the basement looks likes. This is heading down the stairs to the basement and look at all that drywall dust.

Festive Flurries

Hello,

Last week at our Framelit club, we had fun making 4 cards using the new Circle Framelits. I wanted to show the ladies a variety of ways to use this die.

One of the ways was to die a circle out of the front of the card to create a window. Then we create an snowflake ornament by layering a variety of snowflakes from the Festive Flurries stamp set and cut them out using the Festive Flurries framelits.

I had my Stamp a Stack classes, Alison had hockey and I manage to sneak in some time yesterday to prep for my upcoming classes!

We have been having so much fun in our Scrapbooking Club. Each month we create 3 layouts using a variety of products from the Annual and Holiday Catalogue. I finally got around to taking some pictures and I can wait to share them with you.

At last month's club, I wanted to show the ladies the new Word Expression Thinlits, the Truly Grateful Stamp set, and the fabulous Sweather Weather Designer Series Paper.

Festive Flurries Christmas Card

Hello,

I haven't updated you on our basement reno's lately so I thought I would bring you up to speed. We are in the process of tape, mud and sanding right now. Our neighbour has been here 3 times and hopefully he will be putting on the finally coat on Friday and then sanding on the weekend. So that meant I had to come upstairs in the front room. I have to admit, I love it as I have a huge window with lots of natural light!!

Last night was my first class upstairs and the ladies loved it! We were in the kitchen and the feed back was great! So maybe when the basement is finished, I might remain upstairs...we will have to see!! But the girls have told me that it would be perfect as then Corrie can get a Pool Table. LOL

I wanted to share another card that I made using the new Festive Flurries stamp set and matching framelits.
