Hang your Stocking Christmas Card

I know it's hard to think about Christmas when the sun is shining, and I have to be honest with you, I'm not really looking forward to the holiday season this year. The holiday season is ALWAYS my favourite time but this one will be a tough one without Corrie. He always made the holidays extra special for us!! I have been working on samples for my studio and upcoming classes and feel that I can create them right now as we are not in the holiday season mode yet and my emotional are not tugging at my heart yet!! Plus the sun shining does help with the creating!!

My project today is one that we made last month in our first Christmas Stamp a Stack class!. This is a great way to stock up on your cards as you make 10 cards each session (2 each of 5 designs).

I keep these cards simple as I know many of my customers like to mail their cards to family and friends. When adding ribbon, I always tell them it's up to them if they would like to add it to their cards incase they want to mail them!

My colours are

When I'm selecting colours for my card, I always go with the colour coordination on the pack of the Designer Series Paper Pack. Did you know that SU lists the colours on the pack? This is a handy little too!!

My pattern paper is the "Be Merry" Designer Series Paper pack and it's a great collection of pattern paper as it uses the traditional colours for the holiday season!!

I have listed all the supplies that I have used for you at the bottom of this post, and the best part is that you can either click on the clickable images, or the supply list PDF.
