I hope you are having a great day so far. It's been a busy one around here. This morning was Technique club and then we had to help out at the Grade 8 BBQ and Bake Sale. Thanks to the sunny weather, we had a great turnout!!

I have had this set for awhile now, but this was the first time that I inked it up. Sad I know but I'm so glad that I did as there is so much that you can do with it. It a great set for adding that extra detail to your card!!

I saw this cool project in our Stampin' Success magazine ( a monthly magazine for demonstrators) and knew that I wanted to share it with my club ladies. I love all the extra detail on my bookmark!!

Recipe: Pool Party, Very Vanilla, Soft Suede and Peach Parfait card stock, Eyelet Border Punch, Linen Thread, Creative Elements stamp set, Clear Embossing Powder, Curly Label Pucnh, Colour Spritzer Tool, 1/8" Early Espresso Taffeta Ribbon, Heat Tool Gun, Crop o Dile and Early Espresso Marker.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but we embossed the label, and the butterfly with clear embossing powder. I love how this project turned out!!

Petitie Purse Die

I'm so excited about the new Petite Purse die that is part of the new Summer Smooches collection. This new die is available right now for the month of April as a sneak peak. Easter Frame

I hope you are having a great weekend! Ours has been busy with hanging out with family and friends! The girls just finished their egg hunt and are now munching on some chocolate that they found!! LOL

This is the third series in our Frame Class. Our frames features fun punch art that was done with our punches. It's amazing what you can create with our punches!!

Double Pocket Treat Holder Video

Last week at the annual Scrap and Crop weekend, I showed the ladies how to make this super cute Double Pocket Treat holder. I first saw the idea from my friend Angie!

The ladies loved how simple it was to make and they all said " They couldn't wait to make these for their special occasions!"

My double pocket treat holder today uses the new Summer Smooches Product line!! Love the vibrant colours!!

Recipe: Summer Smooches DSP, Bright Blossoms stamp set, Tea Shoppe stamp set, Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive ink, Rich Razzleberry Grosgrain Ribbon, White Organza Ribbon, 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/4" Circle Punch, and White Baker Twine.

Petite Purse Die

Have you seen our new Big Shot Die? This die is so stinkin cute that you can't stop making them!! This new die is part of the new Summer Smooches Collection and will be available in the new Annual Catalogue!!

Now, just to let you know that this die is petite but oh so cute. It can hold 4 Hershey Nuggets! My purse was cut out using the new Summer Smooches DSP. I love how SU creates designer series paper that encourages us to use colours that we might not have put together!! This paper is so bright and vibrant!!

Sweet Shoppe Box Card

I hope you are having a great day!

I wanted to share a WOW project that we made last week at our Technique Club. I first saw this style of card at a downline meeting as Mitzi demonstrate it. I knew that I wanted to make one and had fun CASing this one from my friend Heather.The ladies loved it!!

Recipe: Wisteria Wonder, Lucky Limeade and Whisper White card stock, Sweet Shoppe DSP, Sweet Shoppe Stickers, and Sweet Shoppe Jelly Brads.

Now if I was to send this to a friend, I would tie it with a Ribbon to keep it closed. I have seen many of these made with tags in them, a book mark, cards and chocolate. What a fun gift to give to family and friends.

Crazy Owls!!!

I didn't get a chance to show you these cute Owls this week. This is what I made for all my students in my grade 1 class for Valentine's. My inspiration for these came from my friend Heather. Thanks Heather!!

Recipe: 2 1/2 Circle Punch, 1" inch circle, 1/2 " inch circle punch, Small Heart Punch, Glitter Paper, Itty Bitty Punch, White Gel Pen, Cherry Cobbler, Blushing Bride and White card stock.

Valentine Treat Bag

I hope you had a great Valentine's Day! The girls and I enjoyed our night together as Corrie was working! :( We had fun watching some Valentine shows on TV!

The other night my friend Katie was over and she made me this super cute Valentine treat bag using the new Petite Pocket Die. She saw the idea from our Stampin' Success magazine! She used the new Framelits to create the window in the middle!!

Love Frame!!

Valentine's Framelits Treat Holder

OMG, I love the new Framelits dies in the Occasions MIni! I love that Stampin' Up has added these wafer thin dies to our Big Shot collection. There is so much that you can do with them! Right now you can either purchase the Heart or the Label Framelits. Trust me these are a MUST in your paper crafting collection!!

My inspiration for my project today came from my friend Maggie! I love how she used the Framelits as a Treat Topper for a cello bag!

I used the new single stamp called Candy Conversations! This is one stamp that you can use for many occasions!
