Elegant Bouquet Impression Folders

Good Morning,

Yesterday, I had fun creating in my studio with my girls. I was working on a variety of cards and my girls were having fun making punch creations.

Have you tried the new Textured Impressions Folders?? Oh my gosh...they are amazing. Once again this was a quick card, less then 5 minutes to make.

I used the new Elegant Bouquet Textured Impressions Folder in the Big Shot Machine..check out the embossed image that it leaves on your card stock. So beautiful!!

 

Recipe: Whisper White, Basic Black and Bermuda Bay card stock, Elegant Bouquet Impressions Folders, Big Shot Machine, Scallop Oval Punch, and the Large Oval Punch.

Fancy Favour Birthday Box

Happy Monday,

Yahoo...the sun is shining here today!! I'm so excited to finally see the sun and just maybe we will have summer like weather today!!

I finally had a chance to play around with some of my new goodies on the weekend. I just love this new exclusive die from Stampin Up....Fancy Favor. This die create a unique scallop box that you can use for any occasion and you can just put about anything in it also!!

I decided to make mine a birthday box filled with some yummy Smarties. After I ran the die through the Big Shot Machine, and before I put it together, I punched out an opening with the Wide Oval Punch. I used the clear window sheets to cover the open, so this way you can see what's inside.  Using the Crop-o-dile, I punched a hole on each side of the box, then I place a Jumbo Eyelet in and set both eyelets. Then using Dusty Durango Ribbon, I created a handled.

Check out the greeting...it uses the new Stamp Set Look Who's turning.

 

Recipe: Dusty Durango, Whisper White and Soft Suede card stock, Dusty Durango and Soft Suede Ribbon, Scallop Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch, Wide Oval Punch, Cello Bag's, Clear Window Sheets, Jumbo Eyelets, Crop-o-dile, Soft Suede ink and Look Who's turning stamp set.

How cool is this???

I can't wait to show you this cool card that we made last night in our Big Shot club.

Last night was their was last club night and we had so much fun. They made 2 cool projects, ate some yummy cupcakes, and spend some time drooling over the new catalogue. Yes the new catalogues are here and ready to go. 

A great big Thanks to Christine, Jane, Brenda, Gayle, Joan and Vicki!!! Have fun with your Big Shot machines and I hope to see you in the studio soon!!

A few weeks ago, I saw this cute card made by Janey.  She uses Tin Foil with the Big Shot machine. Wow...is all I can say this is so cool!! I showed the girls last night how to make a card using Tin Foil.

Look Here Thank You card

Hello my friends!!

We did it!! The last day of school...where did those 10 months go??? I'm so proud of my girls, they had an amazing year of growth, and accomplishments!!

Every year I like to give the teachers a gift to say thank you for all the love and care that they gave my girls. I always get them a gift card to local teacher resource store, as I figure they always need supplies for the following year.

As soon as I saw the new Look Here die, I knew that it would the perfect holder for a gift card.  I paired it up with the new In-colours, Razzleberry Lemonade D.S.P and my new favourite stamp set Circle Circus.

Sneak Peek: Movers and Shapers Punch Window Bigz XL Die

Hello my friends,

I hope you had a great weekend!! We sure did...it was so nice to enjoy all that sunshine on our deck.

I finally had a chance to play with some of the new products from my pre-order. I love that there are new dies for the Big Shot machine. This one is the Movers and Shapers Punch Window Bigz Die and it coordinates with the Movers and Shapers Curly Label Die.

The Mover and Shapers Punch Window Die set has a Scallop Oval, Modern Label, Heart and Star die.

I decided to use the Modern Label punch die with the new Razzleberry Lemonade Designer Series Paper along with the Rich Razzleberry card stock. The ribbon is the new Melon Mambo Polka Dot Ribbon.

The Mover and Shaper Die creates a opening anywhere on the card as you can move the die around. Then when you run it through the Big Shot machine, it punches out that shape in the card stock.

 

 

The new In-colours are Rich Razzleberry, Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Dusty Durango, and Soft Suede.

Wild about you Bib Card

Hello my friends,

It's been a busy day around here. Both girls had friends over to play this afternoon and I have been busy working in my scrap room.

This cute baby card  is made with the Scallop Die and the Big Shot machine. You use the large oval punch to punch out half of a shape for the center. 

 

Recipe: Certainly Celery ribbon and card stock, Jumbo Eyelets, Crop-o-dile, Wild about You stamp set, More Mustard and Chocolate Chip markers.

Flower Burst Embosslit Die Thank You card

Hello my friends,

I hope you are having a great day so far. I have been busy in my stamp studio reorganizing all my stuff. What a chore that is!! I'm making head way but still have lots to do.  If you have any suggestions on how to organize your paper scraps, please let me know. Right now they are over flowing from my basket.

I just love my Big Shot machine!! I use it all the time. I wanted to share with you another project that we made the other night at my Big Shot club.  I like to show them all the different sizes of dies that we carry and what you can do with them!!

This card was made using the Flower Burst Embosslit die and the Bird with Leave die.

Recipe:Regal Rose, Old Olive and Whisper White card stock, Flower Burst Embosslit die, Regal Rose ink, Sponge Dauber, Short and Sweet stamp set, Big Shot machine and Top Note Die.

Butterfly in the Breeze

Hello my friends,

We are almost there...one more day till the weekend!!! I can't wait!!! It has a been a long week and I'm looking forward to the weekend!!!

I'm also looking forward to seeing all the ladies in my Big Shot club tonight.  Tonight, they will be making 3 different cards using a variety of Big Shot dies.

I love how this card turned out. It used the Inspired by Nature stamp set, the Butterfly die and the Texturz plates.  I created the bullrush ( I think that is what they are called) with the slot punch. The greeting is from the On your Birthday stamp set. I hope you like it also!!!

 

Recipe:Kiwi Kiss, Whisper White and Pink Pirouette card stock, Slot Punch, Kiwi Kiss ribbon, Butterfly Die, Big Shot machine, Texturz plates, Inspired by Nature stamp set, Kiwi Kiss and Regal Rose ink, and On your Birthday stamp set.

Scallop Dress Card

Good Morning my friends,

The sun is shining and it looks like it's going to be a nice day. I'm looking forward to spending some time on my deck this afternoon.

The girl's had fun learning how to turn a scallop circle into a dress the other night at our Big Shot club. We used the Scallop Circle die to cut out the circle, then using a template we trace the pattern onto the scallop circle. With a little trim on both sides of the scallop, we create a dress.

We add some ribbon around the middle and added a cute button. The ovals were punched out with the New Scallop Oval and the Large Oval punch. The greeting is from the Oval All stamp set.

Recipe: Chocolate Chip, Riding Hood Red and Whisper White card stock, Riding Hood Red D.S.P, Riding Hood Taffeta Ribbon, White Grosgrain Ribbon, Scallop Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch, Scallop Die, Big Shot Machine, and Oval All stamp set.

Daisies Full of Love

Happy Friday my friends,

I'm so happy that it's Friday!! This week just flew by, and I'm so looking forward to having a relaxing weekend at home.

Last night, was our Big Shot club night. These ladies had so much fun learning how to make some super cute cards using our dies. 

I thought this would be a great card for Mother's Day. Most of us always gives our mother's flowers as a gift.  So why not make your own flower pot card with some daisies in it. Some of the ladies made this into a Get Well Card instead.

We used the Daisies #2 die to create the flowers and the center of the flowers is our new Chocolate Chip Corduroy button's.
