Build-a-Bear

Build a Bear Birthday Card

Hello,

On the weekend, we helped my cousin's daughter celebrate her 1st birthday. I thought it would be fun to make her a card using the Build a Bear set.

Since Convention, I was inspired to try some Watercolouring. I stamped the image with Staz-On ink onto Watercolour Paper. Then using an Aqua Painter and my inks, I coloured in the bear. I used Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzaz and Early Espresso.

I popped up the dress, the head and the balloon to give it a bit of dimension.

The designer series paper is from the new In-colour Collection. These new designer series paper slabs are awesome!!

Build a Bear--Thank You Card

Hello,

I hope you are having a great day!! On the weekend, I sat down in my studio just to play around with my stamps. It felt so good to make cards just for fun. I thought I would make a card that was clean and simple. I really like the new Build a Bear collection and thought it would make a quick and easy thank you card.

My bears were stamped in Staz-on ink then onto Whisper White card stock. I coloured them in with a variety of markers. The greeting is from the Beary Nice Wishes stamp set.

Hello,

I'm very excited to show you this next sneak peek. Stampin' Up! has announced a new partnership with the famous Build a Bear Workshop. These exclusive products with be in the new upcoming Mini.  You will be able to purchase the most cutest  dies, stamps set and paper.

I'm already loving all the product and can't wait to show you all the endless possibilities that you can make with this new super cute line. I have to tell you that my girls are also loving it. They are having fun making their own Build a Bear creations.

My card today was inspired by a card layout that I saw in the new issue of Paper Crafts. After I was done reading all the articles, I then went back and only looked at the card designs. What a great resource for inspiration!!!!

I thought I would try my hand at watercolouring. I'm really starting to enjoy this technique....as I know that it takes lots of practice!!

So what do you think...is she not the cutest birthday bear ever???
