Jolly Friends Gift Certificate Holder

Happy Monday!!

It's an exciting day around here as Emily comes home for 2 weeks. I can't wait to have her here and most of spend some time with together as a family!! I know the next 2 weeks will go by fast but we are going to enjoy the time together doing what we love the most..hanging out as a family watching movies, and of course watching the World Juniors!!

I have another gift certificate holder to show you today. This time my holder was made with Kraft Tag a Bags and the Jolly Friends stamp set and coordinating Jolly Friends Punch. I just love this moose from this set and had to use him on my bag!!!

Tips on Creating this Gift Holder:

  • Stamp snowflakes in Versamark so they take the colour of the kraft bag
  • Jolly friends stamp set and punch work together so easily. Just stamp your hat image and punch out
  • Stamp greeting with Mememto ink
  • Stamp Moose on Kraft card stock with Early Espresso Ink
  • Warmth and Cheer designer series paper is perfect for the warm feeling for this project

I have one more gift holder to show you this week using my favourite Christmas Cookie Cutter bundle!!

Thanks for stopping by and had a great day!!

Merry Mice Gift Certificates!!

I had some fun on the weekend making up some Gift Certificate Holders. The Merry Mice stamp set was on my desk and I just couldn't resist those cute and adorable mice, so I had to create a holder with them on it. Now I did make 2 other samples and will be sharing those with you over the next few days!!

Are you hoping for some Stampin' Up! products under the Christmas tree this year. You can let your family and friends know that I offer gift certificates and you they can be customize to the amount they would like. Plus I will create a super cute holder for them to put it in!!! How fun it that??

Tips on Creating my Merry Mice Holder:

  • The gift holder is one of our Kraft Bags. They are the perfect way to package up a gift card!!!
  • Add a special detail to your Kraft Bag, by embossing the bag with an embossing folder. I used the embossing folder Holly
  • Fold Kraft bag 1/4 of the way down
  • Create a belly band by cutting a piece of Designer Series Paper 2 by 12. Fold in half, lay over your bag, and staple at the top of the pattern paper. This will create a belly band for holder.
  • Cut out a scallop circle with the Layering Circle Framelits, and the Big Shot machine. I used Real Red Card stock to make my scallop circle.
  • Stamp the Mouse image on to a scrap piece of Whisper White with Black Archival Ink.
  • Using the Stitched Shape Framelits and the Big Shot Machine, cut out a circle in Whisper White around your Mice image.
  • Using your markers: Crumb Cake, Real Red, Garden Green, Blushing Bride and Smokey Slate, colour in your Mouse. Attach to scallop circle and and some rhinestone. Pop onto your belly band
  • Stamp your greeting in Black Memento ink and add to your holder

I hope I have inspired you to give this a try as they are simple to make!! I love finding other ways to use our products and this is a great way to use the Kraft Bags!!

Now, don't forget to tell your family and friends that you want a Gift Certificate from Stampin' Up under the tree and have them contact me!!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

Snow Place Gift Card Holder

Happy Friday!!

Wow, one week today and we will be celebrating with our family and friends this joyous season!! I can't wait, it's going to be so much fun!! Are you ready or do you still have shopping to do? I can help you with that!!

What would be more fun that shopping out of the Annual or Occasional Catalogue with someone else money!? I know this would be my favorite gift! I can create you a gift certificate like the one below for you to give to your favourite crafter on your list! These gift certificates can be used towards classes or product!

My inspiration for my gift card holder came from my friend Patty. Patty shared a few weeks ago on her blog a gift card holder that she made that was a double card holder. I need a full size gift holder, so I had fun creating this Frosty gift certificate holder.

I had to use my favourite snowman from the Snow Place Bundle. And the best part is that this bundle is carrying over into the Occasional catalogue which means you will be seeing lots of my frosty friend in the New Year!

If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, you can email me here. You can either pick it up or I can mail it to you. If we don't have enough time for it to be mailed, I can send you one that you can print off.

You can find all the supplies used for this project at the bottom of this post and and you will also find them in my Canadian Online Store!!

Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous day!!

Happy Stampin'
