Sorry about yesterday it got away from me. I was planning on posting after my class, but we were running late and then we had to go to hockey!

Finally the sun is shining and I was able to take some pictures!!

I'm so proud of Emily for making this super cute project today! She is not one to craft all the time but when she does, I love spending time with her.

The other day while I was working on some projects she created this fun Milk Carton for Halloween!! She loves the Owl Punch and was exciting to make this!! She is planning on making these for her friends for as a treat for Halloween!

Candy Corn Triangle Box

I hope you are having a great day! The other day I had fun crafting with my friend Heather. She showed us how to make this super cute Candy Corn box.

Can you believe that this box is made from one piece of card stock? My friend Heather shared the dimensional and they are the following. You can also check the video that she has on her blog.

Halloween Coffin Gifts

Bats...

I have seen many of these bats floating around on blogs these days. These fun bats are made from Milk Carton die. We saw how to make a similar container on stage at Convention!

Jack of all Trade Halloween Card

I hope you are having a great day so far! It's been a quiet one around here so that is nice for a change!!

The another night I had a chance to stamp with this fun Halloween set. I borrow this set from down line Katie. It one of those that I have been looking at but not sure if I want it. It's very cute and I think I will put it down on my wishlist!! LOL

I had this design in my mind and so happy that it turned out the way I was thinking!

I ran my black card stock through the Big Shot with the Spider Web Impression folder. Then I rubbed White craft ink over the embossed image.

I stamp my pumpkin in pumpkin pie ink and his hat in Concord Grape ink. My greeting is from the new set called Delightful Dozen!!

Halloween Displays

Happy Friday!!

It's Friday and better yet it's our Thanksgiving Weekend!! I'm so looking forward to hanging out with my family this weekend. We have lots of fun things planned like attending our local fair! It's our annual tradition at our house!!

Today is a special day around our house as my husband and I are celebrating our 16th Wedding Anniversary. Wow, where did those years go?? I look back over the years, and it amazes me as to what we have accomplished together. All I know is that I married my best friend then and he is still my knight in shining armour!!!!!

I thought I would share one of my Halloween Displays in my studio. I have cube shelving and I have creating displays of different product for my customers to see. This one features my favourite Spooky Bits stamp set!!

Halloween Bouncing Brayer Card

First I would like to say a big thank you to all the ladies that stop by yesterday for my open house! It was so nice seeing old friends and meeting new ones. It was great chatting with you and I look forward to seeing you at upcoming class. The winner of the door prize was Laura!!

 I wanted to share with you one of the cards that we made at technique club this month. I wanted to show the ladies how to do bouncing brayer. I decided to do a Halloween card as I thought it would look really cool with a spooky background.

For Bouncing Brayer: Using a brayer and an ink pad, ink up the brayer. You want to lift the brayer each time you are inking it. This way the ink will be even on the roller. Bounce the brayer on glossy cardstock making sure to keep one end of the brayer at the center of the cardstock. Continue to bounce brayer on cardstock while rotating cardstock with free hand. Re-ink brayer as needed. Once you have the desired look, stamp your image with Staz-on ink.

I love how this card turned out!! Very Spooky!!!

Recipe: Black, Whisper White and Pumpkin Pie card stock, Black Taffeta Ribbon, Jewellery Tag Punch, Spider Web Impression Folder, House of Haunts stamp set, Glossy White Paper and Big Shot Machine.

One of my favourite products for the Big Shot machine is the our Impression Folders. I love the added detail of the spider web behind the house. Way too cool!!!
