It's Tuesday which means new digital downloads? I wonder what exciting new ones there will be today. You can check them out by heading over to my on line store.

Last night while watching TV, I had a chance to work on my Alaska Album. Yes, I'm still working on it. LOL. My page today is about our tour of the Mendenhall Glacier. This was our first shore excursion and we had so much fun. The highlight for us: rock climbing and touch the glaciers. Now this will be a two page spread and I will share the other side with you later this week.

MDS- Regionals Layout

Hello,

Alison had a great day yesterday at Regional's. She ran in the 400m, the 800m and in the relay. Each race was back to back and by the third she was exhausted. Plus it didn't help that it was warm out! I'm proud to say that she placed in all the events. She came 2nd in the 400m, 2nd in relay and 3rd in the 800m. She now qualifies for the Finals in June. We are so proud of her!!

I love that you can use a premade template in My Digital Studio to capture your memories. I love this layout that was in the Keep The Memory Photobook. The only thing I did was change my pictures to black and white as there was way too many colours in the layout!!

OMG, have you seen the new downloads this week! They are a must in your collection. I can't wait to download mine this weekend!!

MDS- Perseverance Layout

Happy Tuesday!

OMG, I had a sneak peak yesterday at the new Stampin' Up! Catalogue and all I can say is "Wow". I'm still admiring it, it's amazing! Also my pre-order arrived yesterday and I had to chance to try out the new stamp pads. The new firm foam pad is awesome!! I will be sharing some sneak peak samples with you soon!!

In the meantime, I wanted to share a page I made of Alison and all her ribbons. My page was inspired by my friend Heather!! Thanks Heather!!

MDS-Track and Field

Hello,

Yesterday was Track and Field day for all the junior grades. Alison was so excited as this is right up her ally!! She told Corrie in the morning, that she was going to place in all the events.

There were 8 events that she had to participate in. Wow, is all I can say because she can home with 8 ribbons!! She even thinks she broke some school records, but we won't find out for a few days!!

She got the following ribbons:

1st place in the 400, 800, 1500, the dash and long jump

2nd place in triple jump

5th place in Soft Ball Throw and High Jump

I just had to take some pictures and create this fun layout. My layout uses the new Grad Download and my inspiration for my page came from my friend Heather.

MDS-Playoff Champs

MDS - Panning for Prizes

Yahoo, I'm excited to see what new and fun digital downloads will be leased today!! I have been having so much fun MDSings at night while I work on my Alaska Album.

One of our highlights of the day was heading down to the Trading Post to see what exciting new prize we could win that day by spinning the wheel. The girls loved playing in the bucket of buttons, and I loved chatted with my fellow demonstrators!!

Wow, that week went by fast..I love short weeks!! It should be like that every week!! LOL

I have been working on my Alaska album and wanted to share my pages for Juneau. Now these pages go side by side in my book. I kept the pages simply as I wanted to focus on the pictures!

MDS-Panning for Prizes

It's been a CRAZY week around here. Emily's hockey is playing best of out 5 game for League Champs. I'm proud to say we won last night so now we are up two games to one in the series. We play Friday night..so here is hoping that we win!!

I have been creating pages our Alaska Album. I was inspired by a page that my friend Heather did...thanks for the inspiration Heather!!

This was one of the highlights each day was to pan for prizes in big bucket of buttons! There had to been thousands and thousands of Neutral buttons!!

I used my favourite Downtown Grunge on this page. I love the frames around my pictures! I also used Travel Journal digital set.

Hybrid MDS Card

I know I'm a little late in showing you this but I figure you can use it for next year as an idea! I have always wanted to make a Hybrid card using My Digital Studio. I thought about it for awhile but was nervous. After see so many wonderful examples, I knew that I had to give it a try!! OMG..not to sure what I was afraid of, but it's so easy!!

I used the new Lucky Frameable download to create my collage of words. I printed it at home, and matted it onto Lucky Limeade card stock and then onto Lucky Limeade Pattern Paper. I added a cute button and some Lucky Limeade Baker Twine and volia...you have a hybrid card!!

Recipe: Lucky Limeade and Whisper White card stock, Old Olive button, Lucky Limeade Baker Twine, Lucky Limeade DSP. and Lucky Frameable digital downloads.

Happy Tuesday!!

Yah, it`s digital download day!! I wonder what fun and new downloads there will be this week...maybe something for Easter!!

Remember me telling you that I went back and redid some of the pages in our Alaska Album. I wasn't crazy about the colour scheme that I started off with but finally found the ones that I like. I feel that when you do an album, the pages should flow together especially if it`s a trip.
