Quarterly Meetings

Quarterly Meeting Demo Sample

Oh, my gosh...wait till you see this gorgeous card by a fellow demonstrator named Mary Haden. Mary was one of demonstrator that took part in Demonstrator Theater at Alicia's Quarterly Meeting last week. This was the first time that Mary took part in presenting to the group and I'm sure it won't be her last!!

She wowed us with her beautiful and stunning technique. This technique was done using watercolouring paper, spritzing it and dropping dots of re-inkers on top and swishing it around. Then you press your stamp into paper towels with bleach on it and then onto your card. Wow, is all I can say!! I can't wait to give this a try!!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

Quarterly Meeting and Rubber Duckie your the one...

Happy Monday,,

I'm very excited as tonight is Alicia Ryckman's Quarterly Demonstrator meeting. I can't wait to see all my stamping' buddies!! I have been asked again to participate in the Demonstrator Theatre. What is a Demo Theatre you ask?? It's where about 6 demonstrator's will demonstrate a variety of projects and techniques to the rest of the group. You have about 10 minutes to show your project and explain how to do it. The group rotates through each station and watch you present your project. It's so much fun and you learn so much from each one!! I always feel so revived and full of energy when I leave, and I have not miss a meeting yet!!

If you want to learn more about being a demonstrator, I would love to answer any questions that you might have. I would love for you to join my family as one of my team members. Watch for an exciting offer in Feb and March if you sign up under me!! Detail will be out in the next week.

I will be demonstrating a Slider Card. These interactive cards are so fun and addicting!! I made this one last week, and that is the one that I will be showing them how to make.

I had to have some samples to show, so I thought I would make a Baby card using the new Level 3 Hostess set called " Goody- Goody Gumdrops".

Recipe: Whisper White, Close to Cocoa, Bordering Blue and So Saffron card stock, Window word punch, twine, 1 3/8 and 1 1/4" circle punch, Goody Goody Gumdrops Level 3 hostess stamp set,  and Sweet Celebration stamp set.

Over the next few days, I will be sharing with you the other projects from the Demo Theatre.

Have a wonderful day,

Top Note Mr. Owl

Happy Friday my friends,

I'm glad it's Friday!! It's been a busy week and with my oldest daughter being sick that just added to the craziness!! I'm glad to say that she is feeling much better and that their is a light at the end of the tunnel.

This project is so cute!! I received him the other night when I went to the Quarterly Meeting. It's part of the get to know you questionnaire. How it works is you are given a cute little treat holder and on the back in a Demonstrator's name. You then seek them out and once you find them, you ask them a list of questions and then in return you hand them their YUMMY treat!! Then your name is enter into a draw to win prizes!!

Look how cute he is!!

Have a wonderful night,
