Confetti Celebration Shaker Card

Last week in our technique class, we learned how to make shaker cards. I used to hate making shaker cards as they were alot of work BUT not anymore they are so quick and easy especially with our new Foam Adhesive strips. These new adhesive strips come in a sheet with already cut out strips, all you do is remove, stick and peel off the adhesive part and you are ready to go!

 

My project today was creating using the Confetti Celebration stamp set. I actually ordered this set during pre-order and I can tell you it's my go to stamp for creating when celebrating birthdays.

 

 

As you can see I'm loving the colour combination of Flirty Flamingo, Sahara Sand and Whisper White. This time I added a little bit of Silver accent to the card as I thought it would be the perfect fit for my metallic sequins.

I also added the scraps punched out from my Sprinkles punch to my shaker card. We found when creating the card, the more sequins and scraps punch out you had the better, it helped from the sequins getting stuck to the foam when you shook it.
