Let's Celebrate- Confetti Celebration Birthday Card

Happy Monday!!

Sorry for being MIA the last few days! It's been a busy days few around here. I spent a few days prepping samples for upcoming classes in August and then on Saturday, the girls and I spend the day at an information session at Waterloo. It was a great day filled with tons of information for both Emily and I. She spent the day with her fellow peers learning what a day will be like for her at university and I spend the day with other parents learning how to support our child while they are away. To be honest, I'm not sure I'm ready for the next steps in the fall...too many changes and that makes my heart sad!!! Don't get me wrong, I'm excited for Emily as she embarks in her new adventure, I just don't like the fact that she won't be here with us everyday!!

For my project today, I CASE my card idea from my friend Allison. Now I didn't have the same background stamp that she used, so I switched it up to the Let's Celebrate from the Confetti Celebration stamp set and love how it turned out!!

 

My focus point for the card was the camera and the flash behind it. The camera is from the new hostess stamp set called Pun Intended and the flash came from the Kinda Eclectic stamp set.
