Hooray, it's your Day!!

Today, I'm sharing one of the cards that we made a few weeks ago at our Demo Slizzin' Day! I had challenged my community of stampers to some goals, and those that achieved those goals were invited to an afternoon of stamping with me! We had lunch first, and then spent the day stamping, learning a few tip and tricks, and of course what is an event without prize patrol!! The ladies were pretty excited about their day and all the goodies that they went home with!!

I wanted to share with them how you can take a stamp set and use if for different occasions. I used the Wood Words stamp set to create this masculine card. I always find that we struggle with making these ones!!

The perfect accent to this card was the Wood Texture Designer Series Paper Pack. This fabulous pattern paper is the right size for projects as you get 48 double size 6 by 6 sheets. I just love all the different wood grains in the pack!!

The stars are stamped in Dapper Denim and Smoky Slate ink onto a piece of whisper white card stock. Then using the Big Shot machine, the magnetic platform and the Wood Crate framelits, I was able to cut these out ease!! That is my kind of stamping and cutting out!!
